All HT distributors and retailers are given a Defective Goods allowance in their pricing. In the event of a problem, our distributors and retailers should accept and replace your defective products or provide a "like" product.
If the company you purchased the defective product from refuses to serve your needs, please scan and email a copy of the original sales receipt, including the company’s name and address, to email@example.com or mail a copy of the sales receipt to:
HT Enterprises, Inc. will warrant all defective product 90 days from the sale date.
Upon receiving your return request, HT Enterprises will send you a Return Authorization Number and an address to return your defective product. You are responsible for the freight to HT Enterprises, and HT will send your replacement freight paid. Please mark the box with the Return Authorization Number.
HT Enterprises, Inc. warrants defective product due to manufacture defect only. HT Enterprises, Inc. reserves the right to refuse any request for replacement for misuse or normal product wear. Please allow 30 days for replacement.
